Capabilities

Seven disciplines, one accountable team

Not a sourcing agent — the supply chain team behind the next generation of iconic luggage brands. Design, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, logistics, compliance and after-sales, provided as one team so nothing falls between the handoffs.

How To Engage

Four services, priced against the cost of one mistake

Most luggage brands do not fail because the design was wrong. They fail because the supply chain was. One failed production run, one rejected shipment, or one retail listing blocked for missing paperwork costs more than a year of working with us. That is the benchmark we price against — not what another agent charges.

Service 01 · Factory Match

Know who actually makes your product

A shortlist you can defend, and a factory you can name on your own website.

  • Longlist narrowed to candidates matched to your category, quality tier and realistic MOQ
  • Business licence, export record and real production capability verified — not a showroom tour
  • Capability and quality scorecard for each candidate, with the reasoning shown
  • You meet the factory, and you hold the contract

Commercials: one-off project fee, scoped against the cost of one failed sourcing round.

Service 02 · Launch Control

From a sketch to a first run you can repeat

Development managed to a signed pre-production sample — not to everyone's exhaustion.

  • Design-for-manufacturing review before tooling money is committed
  • Prototype, materials, testing and revision rounds tracked against the spec
  • Tooling, capacity and production slot planning around your launch date
  • Component-level cost breakdown, so negotiation is factual rather than ritual

Commercials: project or per-SKU fee, anchored to the cost of one failed production run.

Service 03 · QC & Compliance Shield

Catch it at the line, not at the port

Inspection and paperwork that hold up when a retailer or marketplace asks.

  • Incoming, in-process and pre-shipment inspection against an agreed AQL, photo-documented the same day — the three gates where a defect is still cheap to fix
  • Defect log with severity classification and corrective action tracked to closure
  • Chemical and physical testing coordinated — REACH, CPSIA, Prop 65 as your market requires
  • Social audit preparation and the documentation retail buyers ask for

Commercials: per batch, with an annual compliance subscription.

Service 04 · Lifecycle & Spare Parts

Honour the warranty you are promising

After-sales is where DTC luggage brands actually lose their reputation — and where almost no supply chain partner will follow you.

  • Design-for-repair review: wheels, trolley and zipper runs specified as replaceable modules
  • Spare parts BOM and packing spec, shipped from the factory or a local 3PL
  • RMA workflow, claim records and supplier communication held in one thread
  • Post-season defect analysis feeding a tighter spec and a lower cost next run

Commercials: annual subscription. The one service that keeps paying for itself after delivery — because it is the only one your customers notice.

Capabilities

Seven disciplines, one accountable team

Each of these is a function a mature luggage brand staffs internally. We provide them as one team, so nothing falls between the handoffs — which is exactly where most programmes fail.

01

Product Design & Development

Turn a sketch or a reference sample into something a factory can build repeatedly.

  • Tech packs with materials, hardware, tolerances and construction notes
  • Structure and pattern development for hardshell, softside and hybrid builds
  • Design-for-manufacturing review to remove cost before tooling
  • Prototype iteration with documented change history
02

Material & Component Sourcing

Every component specified, costed and traceable — no mystery substitutions mid-run.

  • Shell materials: PC, PP, ABS, aluminium, recycled and virgin options
  • Zippers, wheels, trolley systems, handles and locks from named suppliers
  • Lining, webbing, foam and trim matched to brand and durability targets
  • Cost breakdown by component so you can see where the money goes
03

Manufacturing & Capacity Planning

The right factory for your category, volume and quality tier — not just an available one.

  • Factory shortlist matched to product type and MOQ reality
  • Verification of business licence, export record and actual production capability
  • Capacity booking and production slot planning around your launch date
  • Dual-factory strategy for categories where concentration risk is high
04

Quality Control & Inspection

Inspection that catches problems while they are still cheap to fix.

  • Incoming material inspection (IQC) at the factory before cutting
  • In-process inspection (IPQC) at first article and during the run
  • Final inspection (FQC) and pre-shipment verification (OQC) against AQL
  • Photo-documented reports delivered the same day, with pass/fail on each defect class
05

Logistics & Customs

Getting it out of the factory and into your warehouse without surprises at the border.

  • Freight mode selection and consolidation to protect landed cost
  • Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin prepared correctly
  • HS classification reviewed before shipment, not after a customs hold
  • Coordination with your 3PL or Amazon FBA inbound requirements
06

Social Compliance & ESG

The documentation that keeps retail and marketplace doors open.

  • Factory social audit preparation and corrective action follow-up
  • Chemical and physical testing coordination (REACH, CPSIA, Prop 65 as applicable)
  • Recycled content and material traceability documentation
  • Packaging and labelling compliance for your target market
07

After-Sales & Continuous Improvement

The run after this one should cost less and fail less.

  • Returned-goods defect analysis with root cause identified at process level
  • Corrective and preventive action agreed directly with the factory
  • Post-season cost and quality review feeding the next specification
  • Spare parts and repair-path planning for warranty obligations
Also Worth Knowing

What we do not do

Being clear about the boundaries saves both of us time.

We do not take title of goods

You contract the factory and pay the factory. We are not a reseller, so your IP and your supplier relationship stay yours.

We do not promise unrealistic MOQs

If 300 units is not commercially viable for a given construction, we will say so and propose an alternative rather than promise something the factory will quietly change later.

We do not work from a public factory list

Factory recommendations are matched to your specific product, volume and quality tier. A list handed to everyone is worth nothing.

Which of these do you need most right now?

Most brands come to us stuck on one specific stage. Tell us where yours is and we will start there.
